📝 Cancellation Policy
When making a reservation, you have the option to choose between two different cancellation policies depending on your needs:
- Standard (Flexible) Rate – offers more flexibility with refund options if your plans change.
- Non-Refundable Rate – offered at a 10% discount, but once booked, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.
đź’ł Payment Requirement
- Full prepayment is required at the time of booking.
📌 Standard Rate (Flexible)
- Cancellations 5 days or more before arrival → Full refund to the original payment method.
- Cancellations less than 5 days before arrival → A charge equivalent to 1 night’s stay + 50% of the remaining unused nights will apply.
đź”’ Non-Refundable Rate (Discounted)
- Reservations booked under the non-refundable policy are 10% cheaper than the standard rate.
- Once booked, no refunds will be provided for cancellations, modifications, or no-shows.
